Maryia Kharitcheva started her career at IBA Group in 2012 as a QA Engineer. Her talent and managerial skills led her to the position of Department Head in 2021.

During her work at IBA Group, Maryia received Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certificates. In her current position, Maryia’s major responsibility is managing IBA Group’s Analysis and Testing Department.

Maryia graduated from in 2012 with a degree in Economic Cybernetics. For her diligence and dedicated work, she received numerous awards and an honorary diploma of IBA Group.
